Intellectual Property

The Website and each of its components – and in particular the texts, articles,

newsletters, press releases, presentations, brochures, illustrations, photographs –

are the exclusive intellectual property of the Firm, with the exception of third-party brands that

may be cited (and identified by means of the ® sign). Furthermore, the

intellectual property rights of the photographs reproduced on the Website have been assigned to the

Firm.

Users of the Website are not authorized to reproduce, represent, modify, translate

and/or adapt, in part or in whole, for a fee or free of charge, the Website and each of the

elements composing it, and to reproduce and/or represent such translations, adaptations and

modifications, in part or in whole, for a fee or free of charge, without the prior written consent

of the Firm.

As an exception to the foregoing, the Firm nevertheless authorizes users of the Website

to download onto the hard drive of their personal computer the newsletters,

brochures or other documents, property of the Firm which are made available to

users in the form of electronic files specifically for the purpose of their

downloading.

These files may only be downloaded from hyperlinks

reproducing the words “download this document here” or any other wording indicating

the authorization given to users to download these files. In this case, and unless

expressly provided otherwise on each of the aforementioned documents, the user will only

be authorized to hold a copy of these documents and to print these documents for

strictly private use.

The user is prohibited from distributing these documents to third parties, including by sending them by email, by printing and

distributing them on a tangible medium and by making them available on a server installed on a

public or private network.

Finally, any short quotation must include the title of the document or page of the site

cited, the name of its author and, where applicable, the date and publication number of the document cited.

for exclusive processing by the Firm. However, you have the right to access,

modify, rectify and delete the data collected on the Website
